A review queue that keeps up with your agents.
KaaS Review installs a review agent in your CI that comments on every pull request against your team’s own rules. A regression suite checks prompt and agent changes before they merge.

With KaaS Review
Review agent, against your rules

Test missing for an expired cardCard number written to a log lineShould saved cards be on by default for existing customers?
The agent fixed both notes. Your senior answers one question.
Partial refunds

Style and duplication cleared before anyone opened it.
Tax rules for EU orders
Rate typed into the code instead of read from the rates tableWhich country rules apply to marketplace sellers?
The rate now comes from the rates table.

Nothing left for a person but the approval.
Only intent questions reach a senior
Why review became the bottleneck
Engineers now spend more of the job reading code than writing it. Most teams still review the way they did before the agents arrived.
Every agent pull request lands on the same few seniors. Writing code got cheap. Reading it still takes a senior, so the work piles up on the people who know the system best.
Most of their notes are the same notes. A missing test, the wrong style, a helper that already exists. Senior attention goes on what a written rule could catch.
Prompt and agent changes merge with no check at all. A reworded prompt can break a flow that worked yesterday, and nothing in the pipeline notices until a customer does.
KaaS Review turns those repeat notes into rules your CI checks on every pull request.
What changes for your reviewers
Two checks run on every pull request. Both are written from your codebase.

Seniors see only the intent questions. The review agent comments against your rules, and the coding agent fixes what it can before a person looks.
A note made twice becomes a rule. It goes into review/rules.md, and the review agent applies it on every pull request after that.

A reworded prompt cannot quietly break a flow. Saved cases run whenever a prompt or agent changes, and merge waits on any case that now answers differently.
Your team
A person approves
MergeA person still approves every merge. The checks comment, and your team merges.
Your seniors write a note once.
The review agent makes it on every pull request after that.
How KaaS Review goes in
We install it with your team, then hand it over. Everything that runs the checks is yours.
We sit with your senior reviewers and write down the notes they make every week.
We run the review agent on your real pull requests and cut every comment your seniors would not have made.
Your team learns to add a rule the second time a note repeats.
“You work with the person who does the work. No handoff, no juniors, no account manager.”

Questions teams ask before they book
What is AI code review?
AI code review is an agent that reads each pull request and comments before a person does. KaaS Review runs it in your CI against rules written from your own seniors’ reviews, so its comments fit your codebase.
Will AI code review replace our senior reviewers?
No. It clears the mechanical notes so your seniors spend their review on intent, design and risk. A person still approves every merge.
How is this different from buying an AI code review tool?
A tool brings its own rules. We install the review agent in your pipeline, write the rules from how your team reviews, add a regression suite for prompt and agent changes, and leave all of it in your repo.
What is a regression suite for prompts and agents?
It is a set of saved cases your prompts and agents must still handle. When someone changes one, the suite runs before merge and shows which cases now answer differently.
Does our code leave our cloud?
The review runs in your own CI. If you also run KaaS Guard, the review agent calls models through your gateway, where keys stay central and secrets are removed before a prompt leaves.
How do we start?
Book a 30 minute fit call. We look at your review queue and pipeline, and say on the call whether KaaS Review is the right first step.
Who is KaaS Review for?
Teams whose agent pull requests wait days for a senior to read them, whose seniors leave the same notes again and again, and who change prompts or agents and test them by hand.
Who is KaaS Review not for?
Teams with no CI pipeline yet; that comes first. Teams that want checks that merge on their own; a person still approves here.
What stays with us?
review/rules.md, your review rules in your words. .ci/review-agent, the review agent step in your pipeline. evals/cases/, the regression cases for your prompts and agents. review/adding-a-rule.md, how your team adds the next one.
How does it fit with the other KaaS solutions?
KaaS Review is the Review stop of the five KaaS solutions. See how all five fit together.
What is fixed before we start
Fit check first. If we're not the right team, we'll say so on the call.
You get a written scope and a fixed quote before anything starts.
Everything we install stays in your cloud and your repo when we finish.
The Care Plan is optional, and stopping it changes nothing that already works.
