What we collect, and why

When you subscribe to the newsletter

Your email, the page you subscribed from, the time, and the version of the words you agreed to: "We email you each new post. You can leave at any time." We use them to send you each new post, and nothing else. The basis is your consent.

When you download a playbook or send us a note

What you type into the form: your name, email and company, and your role, team size, focus or message if you give them. We use them to send you the playbook and to reply. The basis is your request. A download does not subscribe you.

What we do not collect

No analytics, no advertising pixels and no cookies. Your browser keeps one note on your own device that you have subscribed or closed the subscribe box, so we do not ask again. It never reaches us.

Who handles it for us

• An email delivery provider, which sends us a copy of each form.
• A team messaging app, where we get a notice of each form.
• A newsletter platform we host ourselves, which keeps the subscriber list and sends the posts once it is switched on.
• Our hosting and network providers, which see your IP address to serve the pages and block abuse.

We never sell or rent your details, and we never share them for advertising.

How long we keep it

A subscription lasts until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter email has a link to leave in one click, and you can also write to us. Form details are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected] and we answer within a month. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
